The District

South Coast has been a key team member in the design and internal branding of an important customer service process call The Service Machine. Paul Marshall, corporate V.P. for Customer Service, needed an engaging way to enhance his live Service Machine session at the 2003 Leadership Conference. “The District” is a comedy/drama based in a prototypical Waste Management district. The characters and situations ring true to real life and Service Machine is the central theme in problem solving and great customer service. Shot in HD in a film style that pays homage to broadcast programs like “Law and Order".
